Jim's has both front & rear windshield seals available for 62-76 A, B & E Bodies. We also have Windo-Weld Windshield Installation Kits available for those models requiring the sticky Ribbon Sealer type seal, and the Windo-Weld liquid sealer that is used along with that. Please refer to the Jim's catalog for the many front & rear windshield molding clips available to finish the job! Call us for availability on a seal for your restoration!

Please note: Hardtop models do not have a metal post in between the front & rear windows!
Sedans do have a metal post in between the front and rear windows!

FRONT & REAR WINDSHIELD INSTALLATION KITS

Some vehicles do not use a rubber windshield seal for installation of the windshield. They use this 3M Windo-Weld Ribbon Sealer. This ribbon sealer is installed around the windshield pinchweld and when windshield is installed, ribbon forms around the windshield creating a seal (spacer blocks included). Use 3M-Windo-Weld Resealant to fill in any cracks or pinholes for a completely airtight seal. Window-Weld Ribbon comes in 5/16" or 3/8" widths and is15' long. Windo-Weld Resealant comes in a 16 oz. can. 3M General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner (3M-08984) is highly recommended for clean up of resealant.

WINDOW CHANNEL WEATHERSTRIPPING
These weather stripping pieces are the pieces that wipe the windows as you roll them up or down. Generally rubber on one side and felt on the other, they commonly rot away or dry up and crack. They are easily replaced and are available in most make and models. They are available as a complete set, enough to do all 4 windows. Standard sets are designed as replacement sets and may not be 100% correct in appearance. Deluxe sets are OEM type and are much closer to originals in design and appearance.

DOOR WEATHERSTRIPPING

These door seals go down the sides, and across the bottom of the doors. They're made of thick molded rubber, just as the originals were. The plastic clips are already built in, and are ready for immediate installation! Each seal has an exact fit which provides for a perfect seal, and has the correct molded on ends. These seals are made exclusively for each make and model as shown below. Sold in pairs.

Seals the top of the cowl to the underside of the hood. Ready to install.

Please note: these seals have the clips already installed on seal itself, unlike others on the market that you need a special tool to install the metal attaching clips to the seal itself!

These ready-to-install seals save you the nightmare job of clip installation and getting the clips lined up in the correct locations, not to mention the special crimping tool required for installing the clips on the seal itself!
